Grok turned 40 tabs of XR glasses reviews into one buying table
I’ve read too many reviews. Give me a comparison table of USB-C display glasses for working on a laptop (not gaming): brightness, refresh rate, field of view, weight, whether they need software for multiple screens, and typical price. Then one line on who should buy which.

- Already have a VITURE and just want more screens on a Mac: keep it and use the software; the hardware jump isn’t worth it for text.
One thing no review table tells you: with any of these, text sharpness matters more than FOV for coding, and the single biggest improvement is the prescription insert if you wear glasses. Budget $50–100 for that.
